1. Inspiration Consultation: Think like a designer.

With this package, we’ll meet on-site in your home, and I’ll evaluate ways to meet your family’s desires and dreams within the existing square footage and overall layout of the room you’ve selected.

Whether it’s suggesting a DIY project, imagining a focal point, or offering general ideas on arrangement or purchases, I’ll give you the best design insights, ideal sizing advice, and pro tips that you can apply in your house over time. While I offer ideas, you can take notes to review all of the details of our conversation when you’re ready!

More than immediate change, I’ll bring a forward-thinking perspective to your home, equipping you with direction for years to come. I’ll answer questions like these and more:

  • What pieces of furniture could be added to or removed from this space?

  • What is the best layout for traffic flow and what can be changed to facilitate that?

  • What is the focal point of this space or how can one be created?

  • How is the purpose of this room distinct from others, and how can that be highlighted?

  • How will this room be cohesive with the other rooms?

  • What DIY projects could enhance the beauty and practicality of this room?

  • How does natural light affect the paint color here?

  • Where should artificial light be placed?

  • How can more personality be added to this space?

  • Five years from now, what could this space be like?

2. Shop Your House: Work with what you have.

When you’ve invested in quality furniture or your home is full of sentimental decor, it’s frustrating to feel like the space is still missing something. Even though your individual pieces of furniture and decor might be great on their own, you wonder why the rooms don’t feel pulled together.

Maybe you’re happy with the craftsmanship and style of your items and decor, and you have a lot of unique pieces to work with; or perhaps you just bought new furniture and aren’t planning to make additional purchases, but your space just isn’t quite right.

It might be time for me to shop your house!

Applying all of the insights of the Inspiration Consultation, the Shop Your House Package brings me into the action. I’ll think creatively as I examine the room in focus, and then I’ll make my way through the other rooms of your house, “shopping” their artwork, floors, lighting, and furniture for the sake of the room we’re working on.

If you love what you have and are not afraid of change, we’ll remove artwork from one room and place it in the other; we’ll pull the rug out from under one space for the purpose of the other space.

Together, we’ll reimagine and rearrange until what you have feels new again. For extra large pieces, I’ll give placement instructions that you can pass along to someone who’s built for the task!

3. Styling Contract: Start fresh.

The in-depth Styling Contract offers a design partnership with me for an allotted timeframe of 3 months or more. By contracting with me, you’ll have a listening ear and a designer’s eye on every detail and in each decision to help you create a house you love and love to share.

From choosing the best paint color to selecting the exact pieces of furniture and accessories for your room, I'll be by your side to help you make the most informed choices that affect your space. I’ll create mood boards and inspirational collages of ideal items and images to align with your styling preferences and to meet your home’s needs, so you can visualize the updates I suggest.

In our regularly scheduled appointments, you’ll gain confidence about the changes each step of the way. The Styling Contract includes my accompaniment to local retailers, where we can discuss products together and you can handle the items we’re considering, from flooring to throw pillows, light fixtures to sectionals.

I’ll also share access to my professional trade discounts, averaging 20% off of quality home furnishings, so that you’ll not only save yourself from buyer’s remorse, you’ll save yourself up to thousands of dollars.
